Wherever possible a representative from Martin Maslin Estate Agents will accompany you at your viewing of the properties you have selected to visit. We provide this service seven days a week and many prospective purchasers tell us how much more relaxed and comfortable they feel with the Agent conducting the viewing rather than the property owner themselves.

Mortgage? Survey? Solicitor?
Buying a property doesn’t just involve Estate Agents, there are other professionals that you will need to employ in order to secure your next home. It is advisable, prior to viewing, to discuss what mortgages are available to you by having a chat with an independent financial advisor – they will endeavour to find you the best available product.
Once you have found your dream property and have successfully negotiated a purchase price you will need a survey. This may be arranged by your mortgage company but if you are buying with cash or require a more in depth survey then you will need the services of a qualified surveyor.
