The initial press advertisements are included within the commission charge and we also make extensive use of the internet with each property prominently displayed on our own newly designed website, Rightmove and other major portal sites. In most cases a floor plan is included within the website display and our commission package also includes the provision of an Energy Performance Certificate and accompanied viewing of your property on a seven day a week basis, even in you are in residence!! We have always believed in the benefits of viewers being shown a home by an experienced Agent and for many clients this is an important element of our service in that it saves them from the discomfort of having to promote their property when natural modesty could make them feel uneasy.
Our office based team are on hand to request feedback comments from viewers thereby allowing you to fully understand just what potential buyers feel about your home. All negotiations are undertaken by ourselves and agreed sales are monitored through survey and the legal stages to a successful exchange of contracts and completion.
