Fee: 100% of one month’s rent (+ VAT)

This service is ideal for landlords who wish to manage their property themselves but require assistance in sourcing and securing a suitable tenant.

Our Tenant Find service includes:

• Marketing your property across Rightmove, Martin Maslin website and social media.
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Referencing through Let Alliance
• Preparing tenancy documentation
• Collecting the first month’s rent and deposit

Once the tenancy has commenced, full management responsibility is handed over to the landlord.

Fully Managed Service

Fee: 10% of monthly rent (+ VAT)

Set-up Fee: 50% of the first month’s rent (+ VAT)
(Minimum fee of £250 + VAT)
