The fully reworked site reflects their commitment to customer service and continued development and is intended to help them maintain their position as one of North East Lincolnshire’s leading Agents.
Founded in 1919 the Agency believes that whilst some aspects of traditional Estate Agency such as integrity and professionalism remain as relevant today as almost a hundred years ago, other elements have changed beyond recognition and this includes the undoubted importance of a bespoke and vibrant website to showcase available properties.
The search function now offers the choice of searching by property classification, price or number of bedrooms or alternatively the advanced map search facility allows registered prospective purchasers to choose their bespoke geographic location and save that search for future use. The property details page provides a summary of the property and key features complemented by easy to view photographs which can be enlarged. Additional icons link through to PDF brochures, floor plans, EPC’s etc.
