Through these unusual and difficult times Martin Maslin Estate Agents will endeavour to provide a first-class professional service to our Clients and customers. We may however have to consider our ability to attend at properties for valuation and viewing purposes where owners or occupants are undergoing isolation procedures due to Coronavirus. Visits to rental properties by tradespeople for inspections, certification and remedial work may also be affected due to the increased risks they would face.

We ask that anyone requesting the services of Martin Maslin Estate Agents for any of the above purposes advises us if any current occupant of the property has been diagnosed with Covoid 19, suspects they are suffering from it or are self-isolating due to contact with an affected person. We also ask that anyone falling into these categories refrains from visiting our Abbey Walk office.

As responsible employers we have a duty of care to our staff members to protect them from possible infection hence the reason for our position on this matter. We believe protection should also include potential purchasers and tenants of properties and we therefore ask that you advise us of any coronavirus concerns in respect of your property and its occupants if any viewing is scheduled to take place.
