In most cases a floor plan is included within the website display and our commission package also includes the provision of an Energy Performance Certificate and accompanied viewing of your property on a seven day a week basis, even in you are in residence!! We have always believed in the benefits of viewers being shown a home by an experienced Agent and for many clients this is an important element of our service in that it saves them from the discomfort of having to promote their property when natural modesty could make them feel uneasy.
