Established in 1919 Martin Maslin Estate Agency has been providing a quality professional service to the people of Grimsby and Lincolnshire for over 90 years. Our standards are governed by the National Association of Estate Agents and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme and in addition to private sector instructions we are regularly appointed to act on behalf of many leading Asset Management Companies, Corporate Agencies and Developers.
Experienced and Local Knowledge
All residential sales and property management matters are principally handled by our two executive Partners, namely John Hudson FNAEA and Stephen Mason MNAEA who between them have over 50 years experience in valuing and selling all categories of residential property in the region.
They are ably assisted by our combined Practice Accountant/Rental Property Manager Lynne Short, Senior Negotiator Dan Holland and our friendly and experienced team.
