Property buyers are making ever increasing use of the Internet and we strongly believe that potential purchasers who 'surf the net' are entitled to full information about individual properties available through our Estate Agency. To achieve this aim, we place, at no additional cost, the complete Sales Brochure of each property on our website including all room measurements and internal photographs.

Easy Access with Customer Parking
At our Abbey Walk office all properties are displayed in a stylish quality setting where customers are able to browse at their leisure. We are the only Grimsby Estate Agents to have the benefit of customer parking, making it particularly convenient for potential buyers to call and collect sales brochures, arrange viewing appointments, etc.
Support and Help Seven Days a Week
We are open seven days a week to ensure no selling opportunity is missed and this seven day service extends to our accompanied viewing service. We place great importance on the benefits of viewers being accompanied whenever possible and we are happy to arrange this at no cost to our vendors.
Advertising Your Property
A positive programme of Press Advertising for each property will be undertaken, primarily in the local Grimsby Telegraph Property Guide, or on occasion if required in other local, regional and national publications. Our competitive fee structure includes the launch advertising campaign with a number of free advertisements placed prior to the use of any authorised advertising budget.
