Following the surprise announcement by the Government this evening that Estate Agency activity can resume again we are evaluating our options and looking to establish safe, yet viable procedures to allow us to operate and yet still protect Clients, viewers and ourselves. At present we are unaware what restrictions may be recommended for valuations and viewings but this may include limited viewers at each property, full use of PPE, time limitation and possibly properties being fully vacated by current occupants for the duration of the viewing.
Whilst general lockdown restrictions are still in place regarding visits to other households (even including those occupied by family) we need to sensibly manage the apparent permission for the public to enter homes they are thinking of buying or renting and we trust you will understand that we will need a few days to establish a workable and safe procedure.
